- Before the first using instil into the pans some drops of edible oil and wipe up it with a napkin.

- Don’t allow the leftovers to stick to the cooker, then the washing of the pan will be very easy.

- If the scran stick to the pot: soak the fryer to hot water, and use fine cleaner for washing-up. (Tip: use Obenland Universal cleaner!)

- You don’t need tickly sponge, fish tape or other abstergents for washing up.

- You mustn’t use knives or forks for turning the food, it’s better to use spoons or whipper from wood, plastic material or silicone.
